All sales are final. Any items damaged in transit are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
You must email us at email@example.com to provide us with all required information and details of damage to product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days.
To complete return please email "POP" (Proof of Purchase). i.e. Screenshot of order placed, invoice, or receipt will suffice.
Any item not in its original condition once returned, damaged, and/or missing pieces for reasons not related to "PORSHA&CO" after inspection will only receive partial store credit for item.
We will notify you with information about your refund. If a refund is granted, then your exchange or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 days depending on your bank/method of payment.
