Shipping Policy

ALL PRODUCT MORE THAN LIKELY ARE MADE TO ORDER, so all orders are FINAL. Please allow 2-8 days for processing, and 3-7 days for shipping. 

**We value all of our customers safety, we make sure all product is clean and properly maintained in our quarantined (virus free) environment. Please realize shipping could be longer than usual due to COVID-19, and the Holidays. Happy Shopping!

Our business days are from Monday- Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday from 11am to 3pm EST. If you order after 3pm EST, your order will be processed on the next business day. But please be mindful that I am only one person with minimal help and that every order is processed IN order.

If you contact us after hours, we will try our best to get back to you on our following business day. 

We observe EVERY holiday. 

To return your product, please contact us prior to shipping the item.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any item(s) over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
"PORSHASVANITY" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, "PORSHASVANITY"  will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
